Live and instructor-led, over Zoom/Teams — 1–1.5 hours on alternate weekday evenings after office hours, plus one 1–2 hour weekend session. Every session is recorded and available to enrolled learners for the duration of the programme plus 90 days.

Watch the recording, complete the lab, and bring questions to the next session or the weekly doubt-clearing slot. Batches are capped at 15 so nobody falls through the gaps.

Guided setup of SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud trial tenants and Databricks Free Edition, plus scheduled slots on 3AI's SAP ECC on HANA sandbox for source-system labs. Where a programme needs more, we say so up front.

Datasphere, SAC and BDC assume working experience on any SAP data or reporting stack (BW, BOBJ, HANA, S/4 reporting). Databricks for SAP Teams assumes SQL comfort; Python is taught from the ground up. SAP Joule for Consultants is open to any SAP consultant, functional or technical — no AI background needed; hands-on sessions run on 3AI's own SAP Joule for Consultants subscription, so you do not need a licence of your own — and we show you how your organisation activates it through SAP AI Units.

Each programme is aligned to the published certification blueprint and includes practice sets written from it. The exam voucher is purchased separately from SAP or Databricks. We do not use or sell exam dumps, and we do not promise pass rates.

Programmes — cancel any time up to the end of the first week (through the second live session) for a full refund, no deductions, or move to a later batch at no cost — we would rather you try it than guess. After the first week the fee is not refundable, but you may transfer once to the next batch of the same programme, seats permitting.

Bundles — the same windows apply to the bundle as a whole. Once you are past the first week of the first programme, the remaining programmes are non-refundable but transferable as above.

₹199 Masterclass — non-refundable. It is credited in full against any programme fee if you enrol within 72 hours of attending.

If we cancel or reschedule — if 3AI Academy cancels a batch or changes its dates and the new dates do not work for you, you get a full refund or a free transfer.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. To request one, email academy@3aitechnologies.com from the address you enrolled with, quoting your payment reference.

Yes. Every programme and bundle can be paid in three monthly installments at no extra cost — the first at enrolment, the next two 30 and 60 days later, each paid from your dashboard with a reminder a few days before. You get full course access from the first payment. Bank EMI through Razorpay is also available if you prefer to pay in full and spread it with your card issuer.

Yes — Razorpay offers card EMI and select cardless EMI options at checkout; eligibility and interest are set by your bank, not by us. The refund policy is unchanged for EMI purchases.

No. We prepare you to be project-ready — technical depth, architecture judgement, client-facing skills and interview practice. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and we would rather be honest about that than sell you a promise.

A 90-minute live session on one topic from a flagship programme, with a short readiness diagnostic. If you enrol in any programme within 72 hours, the ₹199 is credited against your fee.
